Refund and Returns Policy

Just Dirt Bikes accepts change-of-mind return requests within 30 days of purchase, subject to the conditions below. These conditions do not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Requesting a change-of-mind return
Contact us within 30 days with your order details, proof of purchase and the reason for the return. The item must be unused by you, in the condition supplied, with its original packaging and included components. For a used part, “condition supplied” means the condition in which you received it.

Contact the team before sending anything back so the correct return address and arrangements can be confirmed. Please do not return an item to its manufacturer. Hazardous materials and items containing flammable liquids or gases need suitable handling and must not be posted without an agreed safe return method.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items
If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact us with your order details and photographs where helpful. We will assess the issue and the appropriate remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Consumer guarantee rights can apply to second-hand and sale items and are not limited to the 30-day change-of-mind period.

Return costs and packaging
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return postage and suitable packaging; original delivery charges are not refundable. Return costs for a consumer guarantee claim are handled in accordance with the applicable law. Keep your postage receipt and consider tracking for valuable items.

Inspection and refunds
We will contact you after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit. If a confirmed refund has not appeared, check with your bank or payment provider, then contact us.
