Shipping a motorcycle part
Contact Just Dirt Bikes with the product link and destination postcode to check delivery options and costs. Item size, weight and destination affect the arrangements, particularly for bulky components. Confirm shipping charges and any estimated dispatch or delivery timing before ordering.

Collection in Derrimut
Pickup and drop-off are by appointment. Call Tony on 0408 795 705 or Vince on 0438 690 440 to confirm the item and arrange collection. Please do not visit without an agreed appointment.

Before you order
Compare the make, model, year and part number with your motorcycle. Review the listing photos, condition and supplied components. Ask about the part if anything is unclear before purchase.

Returns and order problems
Our change-of-mind returns period is 30 days from purchase, subject to the refund and returns policy. Contact us before returning an item so we can confirm the correct address and arrangements.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description, contact us with your order details. Your Australian Consumer Law rights are not limited by the change-of-mind period. See the full policy for return costs, assessment and refunds.
